Join us at 4:30 every Friday afternoon for this light, joyful class designed to let go of the work week and start the weekend off with a yoga class that welcomes all levels. We will mix it up with some flow, lots of stretch, maybe some kundalini, whatever serves us! Come welcome the weekend with us!
